Es un modelo de entrenamiento que consiste en intervalos de 10-12 minutos de alta intensidad en donde se combinan ejercicios cardiovasculares en caminadoras y ejercicios de fuerza apoyados por mancuernas, bolas rusas y otros instrumentos. Este modelo permite al usuario maximizar la quema de calorías donde se puede llegar a niveles entre 600-1000 por clase.
